Terms & Conditions

v1.5.10

Read these terms before deploying AV Calc Pro in your workflow. They outline beta limitations and user responsibilities.

Acceptable Use

  • Use AV Calc Pro for professional audio, video, lighting, and production planning. Do not automate scraping or resell the interface without written approval.
  • You are responsible for verifying calculator outputs on site and applying proper engineering judgment before deployment.
  • Do not treat beta outputs as a substitute for venue-specific safety review, manufacturer documentation, electrical code compliance, or final sign-off.

Beta Status

  • This app is still in beta. Features, formulas, presets, wording, and saved-data formats may change between builds.
  • Local browser storage may be cleared or become incompatible after updates. Keep separate copies of any critical project information.
  • Launch-token access may be added, changed, or revoked as part of beta administration.

Data & Exports

  • PDF and JSON exports are provided for collaboration with your team and clients. Review them before distribution and confirm that assumptions and units match your project.
  • Project Hub content and report-profile details in this repo are primarily stored in your browser unless a separate AVTools portal workflow says otherwise.
  • Do not store confidential client data, regulated data, or sensitive personal information in this beta app unless you have independently approved that workflow.

Service Changes

  • We may update features, presets, or formulas to reflect new standards or beta feedback at any time.
  • Launch behavior and verification endpoints may change as the AVTools.Pro suite evolves.
  • Continued use of the calculators after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Support

  • Submit bug reports, formula corrections, or feature requests to support@avtools.pro with show details and screenshots where applicable.
  • Response times, roadmap decisions, and beta access are managed at AVTools.Pro's discretion.
  • In case of disputes, the governing law is the state of California, USA, and the venue is San Francisco County.
