v1.5.10

Beta-era guidance on how AV Calc Pro stores local project data, launch sessions, and export context.

What This Beta App Stores

  • Calculator inputs, Project Hub entries, and PDF-library metadata stored locally in your browser on this device.
  • A signed launch-session cookie used to remember beta access after a valid launch token is accepted.
  • Profile details you choose to enter into the Project Hub for report headers, stored locally in your browser unless a separate AVTools portal workflow says otherwise.

What This Repo Does Not Currently Provide

  • No in-app account registration or user profile system is implemented in this product repo.
  • No built-in payment flow or subscription management is implemented in this product repo.
  • No product-wide analytics or telemetry collection is assumed by this beta app unless separately added in deployment infrastructure.

How Information Is Used

  • To run calculators, save local project context, and generate requested PDF exports.
  • To keep a beta session active after launch-token verification succeeds.
  • To help you personalize exported reports with contact details that you enter yourself.

Browser Storage & Deletion

Most saved data in this beta app lives in browser storage on the device where you use it. Clearing site data, using a different browser, or using private/incognito mode may remove saved entries or prevent them from persisting.

You can delete locally stored project and PDF-library data from within the app where those controls are available, or by clearing the browser storage for this site.

Launch Tokens & Verification

Launch tokens may be verified locally against configured token values or remotely against an AVTools verification service, depending on how the deployment is configured.

A successful verification stores a signed HTTP-only session cookie so you do not need to re-enter the token on every page load during the session lifetime.

Third Parties

This app may be hosted on third-party infrastructure for beta testing. Hosting, logging, or network providers may process technical request data as part of normal service delivery.

This page describes the current behavior of the AV Calc Pro product repo. Separate AVTools.Pro portal or website services may have additional privacy terms of their own.
